Newsletter;
Extensive information about pollen and allergies can be found at The PollenUK Web Site http://pollenuk.worc.ac.uk/
Write website addresses like this;
For more details click below;

click here
The reason is that different e mail accounts like aol for example may not recognize the first. They would still see the first one but they would have to cut and paste instead of click. Some people may not realize that, everyone knows about clicking.
The newsletter content is great. When you paste it into the online newsletter admin page the bullets will not be there and the headings will all be the same size of text. This is the norm. For headings I usually do the following;
Help Yourself
==========
Then for deviding subjects;
===========================================
Also a little contents list at the start;
1) New opening times
2)Hay fever
3)New book for DIY Acupuncture!
4)Site of the month .....
or whatever.
To save you writing the same things every newsletter day I will include text at the start and end of every newsletter.
You will not see this when you type up your newsletter. It will be added to every one when you press send. Something like at the start;
Clapham Common Clinic Newsletter
Tel. No. 020416456131635
http://www.clap......
=================================
Then what you type in will go in here.
=================================
At the bottom it is normal to have details about how the recipient can unsubscribe. This will save you having to delete them yourself. In my newsletters I include nothing else top and bottom. Anything else is up to you. It is easily changed.
I notice you say spring2001. I would aim to do one every month at least. Content is easy and it need not take any time. Content should include your new book reviews. I would suggest one book review per newsletter and then list the other reviews by title only. I will set up a news page for you that no one else can view. This constantly updated news feed gives you information you can use. The info comes from newspapers and websites... I don't bother but you should say where the information came from, ie by Enid Blyton from the Mirror. Look at the following site http://www.moreover.com . This is an excellent news feed company.
My newsletter for rigjobs.co.uk takes me less than half an hour every two weeks. I take a look at my newsfeeds and pick the best story, I usually have something else to say. Then I will have a special offer on one of my services or I will have an announcement of some kind that will get people coming back. I don't always give full info. ie you can give a few lines then say for more info click hereI have about 400 subscribers and I always get more traffic for the three days following a newsletter mailing. We will work something out so that you have a good newsletter that you just cut and paste and type a couple of lines then send. 15 mins. , half an hour absolute maximum when we get a workable system going.
